Manager

Like most individuals living in New York, I use the public transportation system for travelling long distances and walk briskly on short distances. I enjoy staying fit mentally, spiritually and physically. Living healthy is important for good management. AyisyenanSante has been fulfilling its mission and vison and reaching out to more people of Haitian Ethnicity. The opportunities to serve are endless!

My History

Once in medical school, I had to shed a few unnecessary weight that I accumulated over a period of 1-2 years. I strongly believe and do my best in eating healthy, managing stress in life by faith, and exercising at home, outdoor, or in a gym (based on my financial priorities). Time is sometimes an issue for me. Instead of exercising moderately for 30 minutes per day for a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes, I sometimes exercise vigorously for 15 minutes or more every other day to get the same results. My goal is to prevent the onset of health conditions (e.g., diabetes and hypertension) that affect some of my family members and many people in the Haitian community. By doing my best, I am able to reach my full health potential. As a Haitian physician, I have been involved in sharing these knowledge and skills with individuals in the work setting. The time has come to expand my work using online channels with the hope that many more people in the Haitian community will start and continue living healthier lives.
I am currently seeking and accepting invitations from community members and donors to further the mission and vision stated in the "Home Page" on this website and collaborate on other related projects.
