Glaucoma Screening among Haitians in the U.S.

Glaucoma is responsible for the majority of blindness in the world [1]. Among the Haitians living in Haïti, glaucoma has been found to be quite prevalent [2].

In a recent study conducted in South Florida, the researchers were able to find out the prevalence of suspected cases of glaucoma in Haitians aged 18 years and above [3].
