We all have great abilities. Sometimes,we do not recognize them. 1) look back in times at your life. 2) Reflect on the present. Then, 3) ask yourself these questions: Did I use to have time for Physical activity?
Did I use to nurture my body with the food that I like and keep me well and productive? Did I use to spend more time enjoying myself and worrying less? Did I use to feed my soul to create inner and outer peace? 4) As you answer these questions and many more personal ones, jot down the reasons why you were able to do some or all of these things in the past. Why are you not doing them anymore? For example, you might realize that you used to go to the gym, but now cannot afford to go to the gym. You may be facing many other expenses. 5) One solution might be to find tips on how to exercise alone, with a gym partner, or with a group at home, at the park, or in any other setting.
